Find the cause before changing code.
Start with the smallest reproducible setup and compare it with the documented behavior.
Why is a section empty?
Check its resource picker, publication status and available content. Recommendations can have no results; Recently viewed needs prior product visits. A ZIP does not create the catalog.
Why is a photo blurry or cropped?
Check the original size and sharpness, then the actual slot. Use separate mobile images where available. Try Slideshow → Wide screens → Show the whole image. A focal point cannot rescue an incompatible composition.
Why is movement or autoplay missing?
Check global motion, Keep this section still and reduced-motion preferences. Editorial signature layout is manual. Slideshow interval and video playback have their own controls.
Why is Quick View missing?
Enable quick buy first, then quick view for products with options under Theme settings → Commerce. Test an available product with options; simple products may use a direct action.
Why did no form email arrive?
Check the real store’s notification and subscription settings and submit a test there. Displayed Contact email does not route delivery. Local previews cannot verify email.
Does Piéra require an app?
Core storefront behavior needs no paid companion app. Shopify Search & Discovery configures filters/recommendations. App blocks and selling-plan features need appropriate store setup or a compatible app. App-specific questions belong with its provider.
What should I send support?
Send version, preset, affected URL/template, device/browser, reproduction steps, expected result and screenshot. Compare an unpublished copy with relevant app embeds or customizations disabled. Never share credentials or private customer information.
