Invite visitors to subscribe using Shopify’s native customer form.

Where to find it

In the theme editor, open the appropriate template and use Add section.

Unavailable in: header, footer section groups.

Images & video

Optional image 4:5, recommended minimum 1600 × 2000 px (1200 × 1500 minimum mobile). Same source on both screens.

Sizes are recommended source minimums, not upload restrictions. Prepare and crop media.

Set it up

  1. Set a clear invitation and a truthful Disclaimer. Optionally select Image and Image position (left/right).
  2. With an image, desktop uses two columns and mobile places the image above the form; without one the text-only layout remains.
  3. Check focus, invalid email, successful signup and your store’s double-opt-in configuration.
