Contact form

Collect customer enquiries through the native Shopify contact form.

Where to find it

In the theme editor, open the appropriate template and use Add section.

Images & video

Optional Image 4:5, recommended minimum 1200 × 1500 px. A separate Hero banner provides the page opening.

Sizes are recommended source minimums, not upload restrictions. Prepare and crop media.

Set it up

Choose Classic or Editorial layout and optionally add an introductory image.
Enter Topics as comma-separated choices, such as Sizing and fit, An order, A piece. The selected choice travels with the message.
Contact email is a displayed address; it does not change Shopify notification delivery. Confirm recipient settings separately in your store. Test required fields and feedback.

Section settings

Names match the English theme editor. The installed preset may override schema defaults. A conditional field appears only when its related control is enabled.

Recommended: Replace demonstration copy with concise, accurate store content. Avoid unsupported claims and translate it for active languages.

Contact email

Displays a customer-facing contact email address.

Recommended: Use a monitored store inbox. This field does not configure Shopify contact-form delivery.
