Cart

Let customers review and edit their cart before checkout.

Where to find it

Built into its template or global layout. It is not a general Add section item.

Images & video

Uses product or variant images; recommended product source 4:5, 2000 × 2500 px.

Sizes are recommended source minimums, not upload restrictions. Prepare and crop media.

Set it up

  1. Preview the cart with several variants and with no items.
  2. Only publish assurances that match your actual shipping, returns and payment policies.

Section settings

Names match the English theme editor. The installed preset may override schema defaults. A conditional field appears only when its related control is enabled.

Color scheme

Schema default: scheme-1. Presets can override it.

Applies a coordinated set of background, text, accent and button colors.

Recommended: Start with the preset scheme. Check contrast after changing colors or photography.

Show vendor

show_vendor

Schema default: false. Presets can override it.

Turns “Show vendor” on or off.

Recommended: Start with the preset choice. Enable only when the relevant content or store feature is configured, then preview the result.

Show cart note

Schema default: true. Presets can override it.

Turns “Show cart note” on or off.

Recommended: Start with the preset choice. Enable only when the relevant content or store feature is configured, then preview the result.

Primary assurance

assurance_one

Schema default: Secure Shopify checkout. Presets can override it.

Sets the visible primary assurance.

Recommended: Replace demonstration copy with concise, accurate store content. Avoid unsupported claims and translate it for active languages.

Secondary assurance

assurance_two

Schema default: Shipping calculated at checkout. Presets can override it.

Sets the visible secondary assurance.

Recommended: Replace demonstration copy with concise, accurate store content. Avoid unsupported claims and translate it for active languages.

Additional assurance

assurance_three

No schema default; the installed preset may supply a value.

Sets the visible additional assurance.

Editor note: Only add promises your store keeps, such as a published returns window. Leave empty to hide.
