Campaign countdown

Introduce a real timed launch or preorder campaign with optional products.

Where to find it

In the theme editor, open the appropriate template and use Add section.

Unavailable in: header, footer section groups.

Images & video

Split: 4:5, 1600 × 2000 desktop / 1200 × 1500 mobile. Fullscreen: 16:9, 2560 × 1440 desktop / 9:16, 1440 × 2560 mobile. Crossfade image and Crossfade mobile image use the same respective dimensions. Keep the pair similarly framed.

Sizes are recommended source minimums, not upload restrictions. Prepare and crop media.

Set it up

Choose Presentation and Campaign layout (Atelier). Compact presentation does not use a campaign image.
Enter Ends at as an ISO date with time zone, for example 2026-11-29T23:59:00+01:00. An empty end date hides the timer.
Set before-start and ended messages and After the end behavior. Add published product blocks. Test all three time states.

Section settings

Names match the English theme editor. The installed preset may override schema defaults. A conditional field appears only when its related control is enabled.

Presentation

Use real dates of your launch, drop, preorder or campaign, with time zone, e.g. 2026-11-29T23:59:00+01:00. Without an end date no timer is shown.
